Congratulations! You have officially begun your adventure with us.

There are a few things we can’t do for you but, we are available to help and to answer questions that you may have along the way.
Please go through all the steps below.

Step 1: Deposit Payment

In order to confirm your itinerary arrangements, we will need you to complete the deposit payment. You may pay via bank transfer (ask us for our banking details), or by credit card (either Visa or Mastercard):

Step 2: Forms

In conjunction with your deposit payment, we ask that you please complete the following 4 forms:

Step 3: Commercial Flights

Commercial flights are not included in your trip cost. It is important to make your commercial flight reservations as soon as you are able. If you don’t have a travel agent for flight bookings, let us know and can make a recommendation. We can be your second set of eyes so please feel free to send us your flight itinerary for review prior to purchase.

Step 4: Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend taking travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations or interruptions, lost luggage and especially for evacuation and medical expenses. Review your policy in detail before departure to be sure it covers everything you need – assume nothing.

Typically, the services and expenses covered by travel insurance are not provided by credit card companies, existing homeowner policies or medical insurance, especially when it comes to international travel so you it is not a good idea to presume that you’re covered.

Please bear in mind that some types of coverage, including those for pre-existing conditions, need to be purchased soon after the deposit for the trip is paid.
